Hulda and Jana invite you to indulge and immerse yourself in our Bespoke Women’s Holistic Wellness Retreats that take place at the beautiful, soul-restoring Random Harvest Nursery in Johannesburg. Surrounded by magnificent trees, the aura of Indigenous plants, birds, and farm life, your mind, body, and soul will find solace and joy as you reset, restore, and revive yourself on our retreats.

We offer full-day, mini (half-day), weekend, and mid-week retreats on the farm that include transformational life coaching and holistic healing practices, super-delicious meals in the tranquil tea garden, and cosy accommodation for overnight stays.

Hulda Ludbrook
Holistic Therapist and
Founder of Hello Sunshine Flower Essences

I am a Holistic Therapist specialising in Kinesiology, Access Bars, Reiki, and Flower Remedies. After facing severe burnout in 2008, I embarked on a journey of deep healing and self-discovery. Today, I am dedicated to empowering others with powerful tools to help them feel more alighned, worthy and vibrant in their bodies. My clients always feel ligher and brighter after every healing session.

Apart from my work as a holistic therapist, I love sharing my magic and wisdom through Wellness Retreats and Cacao Ceremonies. I also developed a wonderful line of holistic products, called Hello Sunshine Flower Essences, to further support my clients on their healing journey.

When I am not developing new products or seeing clients, I enjoy spending time in nature and indulging in peaceful naps with my two cats.

I am a New Insights Certified Life Coach and completed a Basic Counselling Skills course with FAMSA. I founded my life coaching business, The Journey Tree, in 2015 and work with clients worldwide, including South Africa.

I empower my clients to take responsibility for their life choices and restore emotional and work-life balance while achieving goals. Using life coaching principles and practical tools, my clients are equipped to remove destructive behavioural and thought patterns in a supportive, caring, and inspiring environment.

I use a solution-focused approach to personal growth and development and, together with my empathetic and intuitive skills, I take my clients on a journey of self-discovery and transformation.

During my free time, I love to read and soak up nature’s beauty surrounding our home in the countryside.
