Here at The Free Spirit Store, we do everything in our power to provide you with all the necessary information you may need to make an educated purchase in the form of sizing information, descriptions and pictures.
We accept returns and exchanges on Free Spirit Clothing by Wild Earth but we do not cover the delivery fees for you to return the item and have the new item delivered to you.
However, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges of items purchased from The Free Spirit Holistic Collection or the Free Spirit Lifestyle Collection.
That being said if you, for whatever reason, feel we have not given you accurate information to make any purchase from The Free Spirit Store, we will cover the delivery of your returns. The same applies for faulty items.
Items must be returned in sale condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with the original labels/tags attached) with proof of purchase.
For returns, refunds and exchanges on Free Spirit Clothing by Wild Earth, contact us by email at journeytreehealing@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to make arrangements.
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if you have received an item from the Free spirit Store Holistic Collection or the Free Spirit Store Lifestyle Collection that is damaged. We will make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you. Please send us a photograph of the damaged item to our email journeytreehealing@gmail.com so that we can assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
