Our Wellness@Work corporate retreats introduce a wide range of practical tools and techniques that talk to the abovementioned situations. Your employees will walk away with a self-empowerment toolkit that enables them to manage work-life balance and stress, make better lifestyle choices, and use time more effectively.

We offer 1-day, 2-day, or 3-day corporate lifestyle wellness retreats and incorporate a variety of programmes and activities. The Wellness@Work retreats take place at Random Harvest in Muldersdrift, Gauteng and include:

Jana Field

New Insights Certified Life Coach
Founder of  The Journey Tree.

I am a New Insights Certified Life Coach and completed a Basic Counselling Skills course with FAMSA. I founded my life coaching business, The Journey Tree, in 2015 and work with clients worldwide, including South Africa.


I empower my clients to take responsibility for their life choices and restore emotional and work-life balance while achieving goals.

 

Using life coaching principles and practical tools, my clients are equipped to remove destructive behavioural and thought patterns in a supportive, caring, and inspiring environment.

I use a solution-focused approach to personal growth and development and together with my empathetic and intuitive skills, I take my clients on a journey of self-discovery and transformation.

During my free time, I love to read and soak up nature’s beauty surrounding our home in Muldersdrift, South Africa.

Sue Scharf

Registered Dietician, SA.

I am a Registered Dietician with almost 40 years of experience, having spent much of my working life focusing on preventing and treating lifestyle diseases (inter alia diabetes, heart disease, and obesity) in my clients and patients.

 

In 1993 I started my own Dietetic Private Practice (general dietetic practice with, a special interest in diabetes, and renal disease) in which I worked for 24 years. I opened 4 practices and employed other dieticians. I co-founded Dieticians At Work (DAW), a network of dieticians providing dietetic services across South Africa. I have served on the Executive Committee for the Association for Dietetics in SA, in the portfolio of Private Practicing Dieticians. I also did consultancy work for the food industry.

 

In 2015, I joined Back to Basics - Nutrition (experts in providing mining shift worker nutrition supplements) in a product development role and as an active member of the Sales Team. My expertise and leadership qualities have led me to become the Sales Director, heading up a competent and professional team of nutrition and sales staff.

Tania Kruger

Specialist Wellness Counsellor &

Trauma Counsellor
Founder of Brushstrokes Counselling

I hold a BA Honours Degree in Psychological Counselling since 2019 and have been registered with ASCHP as a Specialist Wellness Counsellor since 2018.I have been trained in Applied Metapsychology techniques in trauma intervention since December 2022.

 

With over 10 years of experience counselling clients in various capacities, both as a volunteer and a professional, I have been running my full-time private practice, Brushstrokes Counselling, since 2021.​

 

Understanding the critical demand for trauma and stress interventions in her field, I am enthusiastic about fostering wellness and stress relief, both in the corporate sector and in the personal lives of community members. I adopt a person-centred approach, allowing me to engage with clients and support them precisely where they are in their journey.​

 

At my core, I am an artist. In my free time, I paint what inspires me and share this creative passion with my clients, offering them a space to connect and explore their own creativity.
